Chinese Flagship Program Faculty and Staff

Yao Xinghuan is a tutor in the Chinese Flagship Program. She is in her third year as a postgraduate student at Being Normal University, where she received her second bachelor's degree in International Chinese Language Education.  Before joining WKU, she taught Chinese at Carisbrooke College in England.
