WKU ID Photo Submission

Submit a photo for the creation of your WKU Student ID. Your Student ID is needed for access to the library, computer labs, student workout facilities, etc. To submit your photo, email mec-support@wku.edu. Be sure to include your full name and send the photo as an attachment.

This will be used for WKU's ID purposes only and will not be shared or used for any other purposes.

Important facts about attaching your photo:

Take your photo in front of a solid background (against a solid wall is best).
Face straight ahead (like your driver's license).
Photos need to be in color with NO after effects.
Be appropriate. This is your WKU ID and it represents you.
No headgear (i.e. hats, scarves, sunglasses).
Picture size needs to be below 1 MB.

Photos not following these rules will be rejected.
