Micro HR powered by HRCP


Western Kentucky University partners with HRCP to help develop competent HR leaders and to elevate the HR profession by providing affordable, up-to-date, and comprehensive HR content. Micro HR is HRCP’s micro-credentialing and badging program.

The traditional path to credentials through full certification takes a lot of time and money. Micro HR’s micro-credentials and digital badges are designed for today’s workplace, so they are bite-sized, focused, and aligned with current trends to address your specific needs and circumstances.

Each Micro HR course allows you to learn on demand at your own pace and on any web-enabled device. You can start, stop, and pick up where you left off at your convenience. For each Micro HR course completed, you will receive a micro-credential. Completing designated courses allows you to earn digital badges that confirm your mastery of information in focused areas of HR expertise.
