Registered Student Organization Reservation Requests
Please follow the steps below to ensure your student group can reserve space in the Union.
Step 1
WKU student organizations MUST have a Registered Student Organization form for the 2020-2021 Academic Year on file prior to making any reservations. Contact rso@wku.edu to get the form.
Step 2
Review the Union Room Usage Policies and Procedures very closely. By requesting meeting space in the Union, you are signifying you agree to abide by these policies.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting rooms, DSU staff will clean all meeting and events spaces after a meeting or event has ended. In order for us to successfully do so, we would appreciate your cooperation in ending your meeting/event at your scheduled end time.
Step 3
- Auditorium, banquet, or Nite Class (first floor multipurpose venue) events: submit form at least 3 weeks in advance.
- Every event request needs to be submitted at least 2 business days in advance of the event.
- Reservations for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday need to be submitted on the previous Wednesday by 4:30 pm.
Either online or in the Union Operations Office (Room 1053) complete and submit the Union Reservation Request Form
Submitting a request does not guarantee space in The Union will be reserved.
