Survivors will bring their own decorations and have 30 minutes to decorate their cars and then will drive in procession to a judging area where judges will judge the best decorated cars and the best decorated masks. All judges and volunteers will wear masks and maintain social distancing. Participants are asked to stay in their cars except when they are decorating the cars and social distancing must be maintained while cars are decorated. Awards will be announced at 4:30 p.m.
