Please join the WKU Student Veteran Alliance (WKU SVA) for their first meeting of the Spring 2024 semester! The WKU SVA is a student organization for any WKU student who has a military connection, such as a veteran, a current servicemember, or a child or spouse of someone who has served, or is serving, in the U.S. Military. Their meetings are free and open to anyone interested in connecting with other veterans and military affiliated students on the Hill.

BUTTERFLY IN THE SKY tells the story of the beloved PBS children's series "Reading Rainbow," its iconic host LeVar Burton, and the challenges its creators faced in cultivating a love of reading through television. Directed by Bradford Thomason and Brett Whitcomb.
Free tickets are available on capitolbg.org. After the screening, a Q&A with filmmakers will be offered.
