The WKU Market on the Avenue is a pop-up outdoor farmers market hosted between the WKU Office of Sustainability and WKU Restaurant Group.
Vendors expected include: The Local Good, Resin.ate, Starry Eyed Seraphine, Dead Nettle Creak, Happy Hen Bakery, Riverbend Blooms, SoKY Soapworks, The PokeStop, Stoneybrooke Farms, Pelican’s SnoBalls, A Taste of Europe, and Hilltopper Nutrition. There will also be an opportunity for vinyl record painting!

As a young woman on the brink of adulthood, Alice Spencer uses the fantastical world of Wonderland to escape her reality of war-torn Europe. She also grapples with the impending weight of grief and loss as she watches her best friend and first love during the last hours of his fight against tuberculosis. Each new character Alice meets in Wonderland deepens her understanding of the highs and lows, joys and heartaches of traversing the world in the face of paradigm altering world events and deeply personal love and loss. Recommended for ages 16 and up.
