Dipesh Bhattarai is serving as a faculty member at Western Kentucky University’s Gordon Ford College of Business. He earned his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Tennessee in 2024, following an MBA from Mississippi State University in 2018, and a BBA in Banking and Finance from Pokhara University in 2016. Dipesh’s research interests focus on Corporate Governance, Shareholder Activism, Board of Directors, and the application of Machine Learning and Large Language Models in finance. His work has been presented at numerous prestigious conferences. In addition to his research, Dipesh is also passionate about teaching. He has taught courses in International Finance and has served as a teaching assistant for several advanced finance courses. He brings practical expertise to his teaching, having developed several innovative projects that utilize advanced AI models to analyze financial data.
The Gordon Ford College of business is a top business school with dual AACSB accreditation in both business and accounting programs.
