Ever used a backcountry stove? Well if not, this clinic teaches you the basics of cooking food in the outdoors. We'll be covering topics including how to operate a backpacking stove, various cooking equipment used, tips for backpacking meal options and how to clean your kitchen area in a backcountry setting.

Take a deep breath…you’re at the Grand Canyon! What better way to spend Thanksgiving break than in the most famous canyon in the world? This week long expedition will take you all the way down to the Colorado River and back, making for great photos and lifelong memories.
