Climbing to Greater Heights, the comprehensive roadmap guiding WKU investment until 2028, calls for the development of a peer mentoring model. The infographic below details the approach adopted by the Burch Institute to combine what is known (from the literature and peer institutions) with what is knowable about WKU (e.g. students, faculty, staff, culture) to create an effective, yet flexible model of peer mentoring.
