Mr. Cory Dodds will lead a workshop on how to study abroad if you are receiving a Pell Grant. This workshop will focus on the Gilman Scholarship, which provides up to $8,000 for students receiving Pell Grants and studying abroad for 21 days or more.
Attendees will learn about the application process, successful essay strategies, and other tips and tricks. In addition, Mr. Dodds will be available for essay review.

Students' applications should be submitted by 11:59 pm CT using the online application system.
About the Gilman Scholarship: The Gilman Scholarship provides up to $8,000 for study abroad programs that last four weeks or more. Students must be receiving Pell Grants to apply, and non-traditional destinations are encouraged.
