Description:
This exhibit features everyday objects used by people in many different fields to achieve extraordinary things. Featurd objects include an ordinary hammer used by President Jimmy Carter to not only build houses for the homeless, but to raise the awareness of Habitat for Humanity; a template used by Animal Scientist Temple Grandin to design more humane methods of handling livestock; and a film splicer used by filmaker Ken Burns in documenting our nation's past.
