Criteria:

1. The nominee must have been employed by WKU for three consecutive years or more. Full-time and part-time employees are eligible.
2. The nominee has gone above and beyond the duties of their job.
3. The nominee has made significant contributions to the Potter College community.
4. The nominee is not normally in the spotlight (but sometimes should be!)

Award:

1. Recognition at the PCAL Opening Meeting
2. Maximum Monetary Award of $500
