DEI Mini-Grant Fund Application
The PCAL DEI Committee Fund of $5,700 is available to PCAL Departments and organizations for implementation of DEI initiatives that closely align with the college DEI mission. Applicants may apply for sums up to $1,000.
Application must be submitted by and funding allocated to a PCAL Department or student organization.
Priority will be given to projects that have not been previously funded.
Prioritize:
- programming that promotes recruitment and retention of underrepresented minority/marginalized students
- programming that promotes sustainable curricular innovation or enrichment activities
- programming with a broader impact on our community (PCAL and beyond).
Funding must be used by the end of Spring 2024 Semester. Recipients will be notified by Friday, September 8th, 2023. After a preliminary review, the committee may require additional details about your project. Awardees will be required to provide a post project report and photos.
Applications are now open and will be accepted through Friday, September 1st, 2023.
