PCAL Faculty Fellow


The PCAL seeks applicants for the position of Faculty Fellow. The fellowship is a two-year, part-time appointment in the PCAL Dean’s office. The faculty fellowship program allows interested faculty to gain experience in college administration by working closely with the Dean of the college and staff of the office on the planning and management of the college. Faculty fellows attend Dean’s office staff and other college leadership meetings, and will develop and help realize a project related to their expertise and interest. Faculty fellows receive one course (or equivalent) release per semester.

 


 

2021 Call for Applications 

This year the college is particularly interested in candidates who have experience and interest in developing a project related to the subjects of DEI and/or student success. This could include, but is not limited to, retention, recruitment, and career readiness. Ideally, the project would incorporate the PCAL Core Career Competencies
