Volunteers Needed for Mystic Arts Faire at Kentucky Museum

Are you passionate about art and community events? Do you enjoy working in a vibrant, creative environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! The Mystic Arts Faire Spring Art Market is looking for volunteers to help make our event on April 20th a resounding success.
Volunteers play a crucial role in bringing the magic of this event to life. From assisting with setup and takedown to helping visitors navigate the market and supporting our artists andvendors, your contribution will be invaluable.
Volunteers gain valuabel experience, meets artists and vendors, and receive a special t-shirt and button as a token of our appreciation. The Mystic Arts Association is also able - as a 501(c)3 non-profit - to sign any paperwork for volunteer / community service hours that you may need for scholarships or other purposes.
Volunteer Roles include:
- Event Setup (9am to 10am) or Breakdown (4pm to 5pm)
- Artist and Vendor Support, such as providing lunch breaks or assisting with crowds
- Information and Guest Services Booths at both entrances
- Activity Coordination during workshops and kids' events
- General Assistance Throughout the Event for Kentucky Museum staff, including assisting with counting visitors to the Faire, conducting guest surveys, and monitoring the security and safety of our visitors and galleries.
Volunteers are needed on Saturday, April 20 from 9 am to 5 pm. We prefer a minimum of 2 hours commitment to ensure coverage for the event.
