Emma Shoaf, Internatlonal Affairs '16 Graduate, Receives $40K Rotary Global Scholarship

Emma Shoaf, Internatlonal Affairs '16 Graduate, Receives $40K Rotary Global Scholarship to pursue an MA in Development Studies at the University of Sussex, United Kingdom. Emma also received a Princeton in Latin America Fellowship and worked in the Dominican Republic in 2016. Emma wrote her undergraduate Honors thesis, “A Targeted Approach? NGO Roles and Practices in Promoting Economic Development,” under the advisement of Dr. Kiasatpour.
