Kelly Stone — Political Science and Economics double major, WKU Honors student, FUSE recipient, and Forensics team member — presented her research entitled “International Debt & Economic Growth in Emerging Market Economies” on September 21st at the 2018 annual meeting of the Southeast Conference on Public Administration, held in Birmingham, Alabama.
