PCAL Academic & Community Initiative Funding
The PCAL Committee Fund of $6,000 is available to support projects that enhance student and faculty engagement, foster a welcoming academic environment, and contribute to institutional development. Applicants may apply for sums up to $1,000.
Applications must be submitted by an academic department, university-recognized organization, or faculty member supporting a student-focused initiative.
Priority will be given to projects that have not been previously funded.
Prioritize:
- projects that support student and faculty engagement and participation in academic and professional development activities
- initiatives that encourage curricular innovation or enrichment accessible to the entire campus community
- programs that contribute to the academic and cultural enrichment of PCAL and the broader university
Allocated funds must be used within the academic year for approved projects and initiatives. After a preliminary review, the committee may require additional details about your project. Awardees must submit a brief report outlining the project's impact and outcomes upon completion.
