Please use this form to explain what steps you intend to take regarding the identified low enrolled course. The Dean’s office will respond to your plan to approve or modify the proposed steps.

Please be sure to complete the “Why is the current course under-enrolled?” “What factors, if any, suggest enrollments will improve?” and the “What actions will you take if enrollments do not improve?” boxes.

Be specific. The response “we expect enrollments to grow with additional TOPs” is not sufficiently specific, especially if the class is well below the minimum enrollment requirement.

Note: if you plan to cancel the course, please indicate what class you will add to the affected faculty member’s schedule. Generally speaking, Foundations and Explorations category Colonnade classes are preferable. If you do not take these actions on the identified date, the Dean’s office will cancel the course.
