Study Board Student Account Information

Students in PSYS 100 will automatically be assigned an account. Accounts are usually created before the second week of class. Account Information (logon name and password) will be automatically emailed to students using the Study Board. If students do not receive an email with account information, see the troubleshooting section below.

If students were assigned an account but do not know the account information, they can follow the "Lost your password" link to the left to have the information emailed to them. If students are not in PSY 100, but need an account, they can use the information on the FAQ page to create an account.

Student Account Troubleshooting

• If your email spam filters prevented delivery of the email, you may want to check your "junk" email folder for the information. If the information is not there, adjust your spam filters to allow delivery from the Study Board system and request your information using the "Lost your password?" link.
• The account information email may be undeliverable because your WKU email account is overquota or suspended. Be sure your WKU email is active, or delete old email from your "Trash" folder to allow delivery then request your information using the "Lost your password?" link.
• If you registered for the course after the first week of class, contact the Study Board Administrator to request an account.
