Research Interests
I study how people think, feel, and behave in teams and global organizations (e.g., culture, creativity, leadership, social influence). My program of research has been conducted using multiple methods, such as experiments, field studies, and recent novel techniques (e.g., big data, machine learning, natural language processing, and agent-based modeling).
I have incorporated many undergraduate and graduate students into my program of research and have written recommendation letters for them. Any undergraduate students who are interested in getting research experience or planning to apply to a graduate program are welcome. They will be able to benefit from collaborating with me and presenting our research work at various conferences (added to our CV).
Research Supervision
I am willing to serve as director or serve on a committee for any of these types of projects: PSY 290, PSY 490, Honors, MA theses, Ed.S. Specialist Projects, Psy.D. Dissertations.
