In order to apply for a GA position through the Department of Public Health, you have to be a graduate student within the Department of Public Health and be admitted to the program.

The Department of Public Health will be using a program called REDCap for Graduate Assistantship applications. To apply for a Graduate Assistantship within the Department of Public Health, please complete the following:

  • Email stephanie.wood@wku.edu your first name, last name, and Net ID** (blackboard login and not your 800#; i.e. aaa12345)

Please format your email as follows:

Subject: "Interest in Public Health GA position"

Body: "I would like to apply for a GA position through the Department of Public Health."

Name (first and last):

Net ID:

Email:  

**If you are new to WKU and do not have a NetID yet, then you can just email your name and email to stephanie.wood@wku.edu. Therefore, your email would look as follows:

Subject: "Interest in Public Health GA position"

Body: "I would like to apply for a GA position through the Department of Public Health. I am new to WKU, therefore I do not have a NetID yet."

Once you have emailed stephanie.wood@wku.edu the above information, you will receive an email within 7 days that will provide you with directions on how to apply for a GA position through REDCap.
