This event will be broadcast live to WKU Owensboro by interactive television.

Beginning at 7:30 p.m. CT in WKU’s Van Meter Hall, best-selling author Neil Gaiman will be interviewed by WKU English professor and author David Bell on October 6.

A brief Q&A session will follow the interview. Question cards will be provided in the lobby prior to the event to allow patrons to submit their questions for Gaiman.

Gaiman is among the most notable authors of the 21st century, and his work has taken him to a variety of platforms: adult and children’s novels, comic books, TV shows, and beyond. Some of his most notable works, such as Coraline and Stardust, have been transformed on the silver screen, while his novels and short stories have also received numerous awards. His novel American Gods received the Hugo, Bram Stoker, Nebula and Locus awards, as did the children’s novel, Coraline. He has also penned episodes of Doctor Who and Babylon 5.
