Jason Curry has 23+ years experience in the Human Resources Management & Safety & Health Management. Jason has successfully developed and implemented Human Resources/Health & Safety programs for four major employers. Jason has extensive experience with mock OSHA inspections, incident investigations, training & development, new employee orientation, behavior based safety, and ergonomics. His experience in Human Resources includes: Talent management, recruiting, employee relations, contract negotiations, collective bargaining, succession planning, organizational development and job placement.

Jason has been an adjunct instructor with Western Kentucky University since 2003. Some of the classes he has instructed include: Industrial Safety, Ergonomics, Management, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Management, Safety Codes and Regulations, Physical Hazards Control, Safety Program Management and Introduction to Occupational Safety and Health. 

Jason is currently the Human Resources Manager for Domtar Paper Mill.  He previously worked in leadership roles with Alcoa, Toyota, Century Aluminum & Monument Chemical.  

Jason is married to Angela and they have 4 children. Their oldest daughter is Madelyn (age 19), and also has 18-year old  triplets named Morgan, Taylor, and Trey. In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his kids. He also enjoys all sports including softball, basketball, hunting & fishing, and is a WKU & University of Louisville basketball and football fan. Jason is a member of the WKU-Owensboro Advisory Council, and is President of the Hancock County Industrial Foundation.  Jason also served on the Hancock County Board of Education from 2014-2017.
