RCAP No-Cost Extension Request

Complete the following form to request a one-time, no-cost extension for RCAP. For consideration, please provide your request prior to the end of the project period. Below, provide a detailed justification, including how the project objectives can best be completed with an extension, a summary of the progress to date, reasons for the delay, and a timetable for completion. No-cost Extensions will not be granted for the purpose of using an unliquidated balance. Please contact internal.grants@wku.edu with any questions.
