OMB Uniform Guidance

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is streamlining the Federal government's guidance on Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for all Federal awards. The new "Uniform Guidance" supersedes requirements of OMB Circulars A-21, A-110, and A-133, the current guidelines regulating grants and other awards made by the Federal government to institutions of higher education.
