RCAP Reallocation Request

 

Complete the following form to request a reallocation of budget funds for RCAP projects. Indicate the budget categories you wish to transfer funds to and from and the amount in the appropriate fields below (Transfer From Example:  Materials & Supplies - $2,500 // Transfer To Example:  Personnel - $2,500).  Provide a detailed justification, including how the proposed changes will assist in reaching your RCAP project's objectives and goals.
