Staff Senate

As a Staff Senator, I would love to be a part of getting the voices of the staff not only heard but acted upon. Conversations between staff and management needs to be a mutual exchange of ideas and hearing each other. The Staff Senate is an outlet in which staff voices can be heard, whether by email or anonymously through the Staff Senate web page. I also believe we have an opportunity to work toward more sustainable business practices so that some of the money saved can go toward staff compensation as well as toward filling positions that need to be filled so that staff are not overworked and underpaid.
