Staff Leadership

The Staff Leadership Institute was created to help meet the evolving needs of WKU and its staff. The program seeks to challenge the spirit of each individual, enhance job performance, and individual development.

In conjunction with the Department of Human Resources, the Staff Senate sponsors the Staff Leadership program and appoints three Senate members to the applicant reviewal committee.

The Continuing Education office coordinates the annual program. Any WKU Staff Member can apply. Each department is responsible for the tuition fees of its participants.
