Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective accounting system and controls at WKU.

Accounts Payable

Processes payments, manages group travel, and maintains payment records.

Insurance (Property & Vehicle)

Manages coverage for WKU property, vehicles, and liability, handles claims, and approves university driver applications.

Payroll

Provides timely and accurate pay to all university employees while remaining compliant with federal, state, and local tax regulations

Tax Compliance

Ensures adherence to IRS rules, coordinating to report income and withhold taxes for the university.

Travel

Individual and group travel vouchers and information, WKU travel policies, and potential discounts.
