In order to maintain summer residency, regular payments are due throughout the summer according to the following due dates:
- May 27, 2016
- June 24, 2016
- July 22, 2016
- August 5, 2016
Failure to make a payment on the assigned dates may result in termination of the agreement and the student will have 48 hours to check out of the residence hall unless prior approval is granted by the Department of Housing & Residence Life. A hold will be placed on the student's University account for failure to pay, which will prevent them from being able to register, drop/add classes, or receive transcripts until the fee is paid in full.
You can make a payment by:
- Coming to the Housing & Residence Life office located in 18 Southwest Hall from 7:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday during the month of May 16 - June 3. From June 6 - August 12, office hours are 7:30am - 4pm, Monday through Thursday and 7:30 - 12:30 on Fridays.
- Calling our office at (270) 745-3143 and making a payment with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club
- Mailing a check or money order to our office at:
