Visit Request Form

Thank you for coming to our website to schedule a visit from The Gatton Academy to your school. We are excited to come visit your school and talk to your freshmen and sophomores (and potentially their families) about the infinite possibilities available at The Gatton Academy.

To schedule a visit, we would ask that a current administrator at a Kentucky high school complete the form below. Upon completition of the form, a member of the recruitment team will reach out to finalize the details of the visit.

The Gatton Academy primarily has 3 styles of visits (although we are open to what works best for your school). These visits are:

Day Visit - During this visit, a member of our staff will return to your school during the day to give an information session to freshmen and sophomores interested in the STEM fields. The visit can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the time availability in your school.
Evening Visit - At our evening visits, we present our information session to students and family members who are interested in our program. These visits typically last about an hour.
Fair Visit - We are also happy to set up during your school’s prescheduled college fair. During this visit, we are happy to set up a table and talk to students as they pass through.
