The Gatton Academy's Staff

Ashley Taylor received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Nonprofit Administration from Western Kentucky University (and WKU Honors College) in 2013, and her Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University in 2014. At Gatton, Ashley is primarily responsible for Alumni Relations (including alumni events, Gatton Alumni Magazine, mentoring, and fostering lifelong relationships between Gatton and their 1000+ alumni), Development (grants and fundraising), as well as Outreach (legislative work, special guests, and community partnerships). Additionally, Ashley works with students individually as a College Letter Writer, sponsors Project Unite, is part of the Gatton Leadership Team, and plans graduation!

Outside of Gatton, Ashley enjoys volunteering as the Kentucky Field Director for the Horatio Alger Scholarship, as a Girl Scout Troop Leader in Scottsville, and is part of the Educational Leadership Doctoral Program at WKU. She loves traveling, drinking espresso, and growing flowers on the family farm with her husband, Joe, and two kids.
