The Majors and Minors & Study Abroad Fair is an event organized by the Academic Advising & Retention Center (AARC) and the Office of Study Abroad and Global Learning of Western Kentucky University (WKU).  

This Fair gives students the unique opportunity to explore WKU majors and expand their education through a study abroad experience that fits with their academic and career goals.  

This annual event hosts over 80 majors, minors, and study abroad program booths in the Raymond B. Preston Health and Activities Center.

WKU Forensics Team hosts the WKU/Alumni Fall Swing Tournament and the Alexis Elliott Memorial Lincoln-Douglas Round Robin debate tournament Sept. 21-23, a three-day collegiate speech and debate tournament, with evening final rounds open to the public.  

6 p.m. Sept. 21: Final round of Lincoln-Douglas debate with the resolution “The United States Federal Gov’t should substantially increase actions by United States Cyber Command to prevent complex catastrophe and/or protect critical infrastructure.”

• A comprehensive study plan
• Access to online office hours
• Practice materials even after they leave the classroom, so they can maintain their skills leading up to test day

Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, and the Northern Kentucky University Chase Law School will present a program on admission strategies, LSAT preparation, and pre-law preparation.  They will also answer questions about the process and distribute information and admission packets for their programs.  All students interested in Pre-Law should attend.
