Jonathan Pliszka, MBA, boasts an impressive background in finance. Originally from Connecticut, he launched his finance career in the vibrant city of Chicago. With over 15 years of experience, he has distinguished himself at esteemed institutions such as Morningstar and Goldman Sachs. Throughout his corporate journey, Jonathan has sharpened his skills in asset allocation, investment research, and portfolio construction. Moreover, he has embraced the role of an educator, sharing his insights with institutional investors and financial advisors.

 

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. These academic milestones have provided him with a solid grounding in financial principles and strategic decision-making.

 

Besides his role as a Visiting Professor of Finance at Western Kentucky University, Jonathan is the Principal of High Knoll Wealth Advisors. This independent, fee-only, fiduciary wealth management firm extends investment advice to individuals, retirement plan sponsors, and non-profit organizations.

 

Beyond his professional pursuits, Jonathan enjoys playing ice hockey, golfing, and cherishing moments with his young family.
