Minor in Nutritional and Food Chemistry


The minor in nutritional chemistry (reference number 421) requires a minimum of 18 hours, including 12 hours of required courses and at least 6 hours of elective courses to be selected in consultation with an advisor. The required courses are CHEM 105, 106, 107, 108, and 304. Students much choose at least 6 hours from: CHEM 299, 314; HMD 211, 261; AMS 301, 303, 352, 381, 443, 462; BIOL 207, 208; AGEC 468. At least half of the credits must be at the upper-division level.
