Champions
Champions will be expected to contribute to the LCCWEAR mission, through the following activities: assisting LCCWEAR Associates with projects, advocacy efforts, logistical and operational functions, building community networks, facilitating relationships with key stakeholders, and other relevant activities. Champions will focus their effort on one of the LCCWEAR pillars, with each pillar typically having no more than one Champion assigned.
Champion
Emily Mouser, CSW is recognized as a Champion for the LifeSkills Center for Child Welfare Education and Research. Emily graduated from Western Kentucky University, earning both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work. Her professional background includes service related to mental health, treatment of substance use, as well as administrative related work. She has served as part of a collaborative team to assist with the development of survey projects and data collection that aims to inform and improve essential community supports for families across our south central Kentucky region.
