Events can be scheduled any day of the week, 24 hours a day. The Conference Services office is open Monday - Friday from 7 AM - 5 PM.

Yes. The conference centers feature accessible parking spaces, restroom facilities, and an automatic door at the main entrances. 

Tobacco products are not allowed in the conference centers. A covered smoking area is available outside.

In order to assure quality at our facility, we require that you use the conference center’s food provider. The Conference Centers feature state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment you will need for a successful event. Call us to discuss your specific needs.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking for conference center participants.
