Internal Client (WKU) Pricing Discounts

WKU accounts receive a 50% discount on room rental. To qualify for the WKU rate, a WKU departmental account must be billed.

External Client Pricing Discounts

WKU Alumni/Faculty/Staff Personal Use:

This includes WKU graduates and current WKU full-time employees who are personally paying for the services and not billing it to a University or business account. The user will receive a 20% discount off the rack rate room rental. All technology fees apply. Administrative fees are assessed at a rate of 15% of the total contract.

Non-profit:

This includes any non-profit organization that has a tax-exempt certificate. Non-profit groups receive a 20% discount on the room rental rack rate. All technology fees apply. Administrative fees are assessed at a rate of 15% of the total contract.

For-Profit Groups/Individuals:

This includes other individuals and private/public corporations hosting a wedding, reception, company celebration, training/workshop, conference, reunion or other function. All room rental and technology fees apply. Administrative fees are assessed at a rate of 15% of the total contract.
