Ever used a backcountry stove? Well if not, this clinic teaches you the basics of cooking food in the outdoors. We'll be covering topics including how to operate a backpacking stove, various cooking equipment used, tips for backpacking meal options and how to clean your kitchen area in a backcountry setting.
