1-on-1 sessions

Personal Training provides the highest level of one on one service and member interaction. Our certified personal trainers are committed to working with you to meet your individual fitness goals, needs, and interests. Click here for package options.

2-on-1 sessions

“Buddy” Training is a group personal training in a semi-private setting (usually 2-3 clients). Buddy Personal Training provides the highest level of group training interaction. Our certified personal trainers are committed to working with each member of the group to meet individual fitness goals, needs, and interests. Click here for package options.
