We are excited to offer virtual GroupX classes Winter Term!!

Registration for virtual classes will be the same as our in-person classes. Check on the link below on how to register. Once registered, a Zoom link for the class will be emailed out to you an hour before the start time of the class. You must be registered at least one hour before the start of class to receive the link. 

These classes are for all fitness levels and no equipment is necessary. We recommend having a water bottle, an open space to move, and a mat if you have one.
