Class Descriptions


Read below to learn more about our class offerings. Class size is specific to the format and space used. Please be sure to pre-register to save your spot!

Aqua Fit

  • If you need a low impact class that is easy on your joints but still combines challenging resistance training and aerobic conditioning exercises...jump in the pool with us! You will do basic high and low impact movements along with abdominal toning and stretching exercises.

Barbell Pump 

  • In this class, you will target your entire body through the use of a group fitness barbell. This workout will focus on foundational strength moves with bursts of cardio to help push you towards reaching your fitness goals! 

Core & More 

  • The focus of this class will be working the core while incorporating exercises to engage other muscle groups. 

Cycle Fusion 

  • Cycle fusion is a perfect blend of work on and off the bike. Class will start with a high intensity interval ride and end with strength-based circuits on the floor. This full body workout will leave you feeling strong and empowered. 

Indoor Cycling

  • Need a mid-week pick me up? You'll leave this heart-pumping and high energy 45-minute class ready to crush your week! 

Pilates

  • This class is filled with low-impact exercises to target all of the muscles in the body, with a focus on core engagement.

Barre Pilates

  • A blend of ballet, Pilates and Barre techniques. Incorporating small weights, Pilates balls and movable bars to reate a low-impact, high-repetition class that helps you find your inner rhythm. Perfect for all levels of fitness, this class emphasizes flexibility, mindful movement and plenty of glute work!

Yoga Sculpt

  • This dynamic conditioning and yoga class is crafted to elevate your mind and body. Tailored for individuals seeking to amplify their strength and flexibility, this class aims to tone muscles using a blend of yoga asanas, free weights, resistance band exercises, blocks and straps. All levels welcome!

Yang to Yin Yoga

  • You'll begin the first half of class warming up with a dynamic Vinyasa flow, and enjoy a long cool down of deep stretching poses. You'll move in and out of yoga poses, carefully ocnnecting breath to movement in an active practice to build heat, strength and mental focus. In th eYin half you'll gently soften the body using props and remain in each pose, allowing the body to release. All levels welcome!

Circuit Strength

  • This strength-based class focuses on muscular endurance. It consists of lower weight, higher reps with compound movements and bursts of cardio focused on keeping your heart rate in peak zones to help increase stamina.

3D Strength Training

  • This strength-based class focuses on muscular power. It consists of higher weight, lower reps and compound movements designed to enhance your muscle power production.

Yoga

  • Focus on nourishing your mind and body while flowing from pose to pose. You will leave feeling your muscles lengthened, refreshed, and energized.

Zumba

  • Zumba is a high energy class that gives a mix of Latin Dance and Body Sculpting Aerobic intervals. You'll be having so much fun moving, you'll forget you're actually working out!
