Personal Training provides the highest level of one on one service and member interaction.
Our certified personal trainers are committed to working with you to meet your individual
fitness goals, needs, and interests.
*A medical history form is required and certain individuals will need to get prior physician’s approval.
Personal Training Package includes: Free consultation, Free pre and post assessment,
and 10, 15 or 20 personal training sessions. Packages are valid for 1 year from date
of purchase.

Bryce Bowers, NASM Personal Training Certification
I am a WKU student studying Exercise Science. Fitness has always been a major influence
in my life and has made me the man I am today. After having two ACL surgeries in two
years, I decided to stop playing college soccer and pursue my certification. This
is a way I can help others achieve not only fitness goals but also personal goals.
Fitness has consumed my life since I was a little boy and it is my goal to help others
positively.
Amanda Licciardi, ACE Certified Personal Trainer
My name is Amanda Licciardi, and I am an undergraduate student studying for my Bachelor’s
degree in Exercise Science. My fitness journey began when I worked at a gym as a manager
throughout the last years of high school. Being in the environment motivated me to
start myself, eventually falling in love with exercise, fitness, and health. My experience
has had a positive effect on my lifestyle. I have become a more confident and focused
woman, learning to stay devoted to my goals. I decided to receive my personal training
certification through American Council on Exercise (ACE). I am dedicated to helping
others, as fitness development can be a challenge.

I am an undergraduate student at WKU studying exercise science. Fitness has played
a huge role in my life and has greatly impacted my health and well-being while teaching
me many lessons. This passion for Fitness and helping others led me to get my personal
training certification. I am devoted to helping everyone reach and attain their fitness
