The Raymond B. Preston Health and Activities Center is excited to celebrate their 25th Anniversary at Western Kentucky University. Since 1992, the Preston Center has experienced many developments such as adding a 15,000 square foot fitness center, new programs, services, and developing innovative ways to engage with students to create awareness of health and wellness. This brought success to the facility and to the Department of Intramural-Recreational Sports, which is housed within the Preston Center. The Raymond B. Preston Health and Activities Center was made possible by the support of the WKU community, alumnus, and a significant donation from the Preston Family Foundation.

The Give 25 Campaign focuses on continuing to build and develop innovative methods that utilize our facility, programs, and services to better the health and well-being of WKU students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Your donations will provide support for student professional development such as attending regional and national conferences or gaining valuable certifications. Let's keep moving forward, The Preston Center is where the student body develops.
Preston 25th Anniversary Ornaments
Our #Give25 campaign is aimed at helping us continue student development within our IMREC Sports Department; students are our lifeblood as it is here “Where The Student Body Develops”. Our student employees and participants are what make the Preston Center amazing. We invite you to be a part of this ongoing journey and give $25 towards our Student Development fund. These funds help send students to conferences, workshops, and gain valuable certifications within the various curriculums that they are enrolled in not to mention learning new skills that will help them here at WKU and beyond.
Anyone who gives $25 or more will receive a special Preston Center 25th Anniversary Christmas Ornament! These are available in red or silver. Students and staff of the Franklin-Simpson School Exploratorium, a Makerspace/Project Based Learning Center, are printing our ornaments. Your donation will also help fund more projects for this valuable program.
