Looking for a lactation room? Please contact the Office of the Provost for a list of spaces across campus.
The Kentucky Moms MATR (KMM) team works with all pregnant and up to 60 days postpartum mothers in Kentucky to ensure moms have healthy babies while supporting them along the way. The services include: Healthy Baby Workshops, individual classes, referrals to community resources, case management services, crisis intervention, and more. They also help support and guide moms, who are experiencing substance use problems, into treatment and recovery programs.

The Early Childhood Consultant (ECC) offers services and support to all pregnant and parenting moms with children ages 0-5 years old. The ECC provides educational classes and connects mothers, children and community partners to services and resources that focus on improving their overall quality of life. Additional support is available for mothers who may be at risk of developing or are struggling with a substance use disorder.
Academic Resources
WKU Online offers a variety of tools for online learners.
TLC offers free tutoring to all WKU students as well as PASS (group tutoring) for select classes.
Campus Safety
Report incidents of bias such as harassment, threats, violence, or discrimination.
The Clery Act is a federal law that mandates universities to report crimes that occur in their justification.
Report misconduct such as harassment, physical violence or threat of violence, non-consensual sexual contact, rape or any form of sexual violence.

Student Ombuds Officers
This position, the responsibilities of which may be shared amongst multiple individuals, is appointed by the Provost and serves as an information source and point of communication for students who believe they may have a personal grievance regarding an alleged violation, misinterpretation or improper application of University policies and procedures, or alleged improper treatment.
Serving as a designated neutral, the Ombuds Officer is neither an advocate for any individual nor for the University; rather, the Ombuds Officer is available to offer an objective perspective on the issues/matters of concern.

Taking a semester off may mean falling behind on your course sequence, forfeiting your scholarships, and losing you federal aid. You should obtain the form and directions for submitting an appeal to the Committee from the Billings and Receivables Office (Potter Hall, 2nd floor). Be sure to include all documented information with your appeal.
