Joint Undergraduate Master's Program (JUMP)
The History Department offers a Joint Undergraduate Master's Program (JUMP) which provides academically outstanding students the opportunity to complete both an undergraduate and graduate degree in History in approximately five years. Undergraduate students are eligible to apply for JUMP after completing at least 60 credits, including at least 15 credits at the 300 or 400 level. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 (including at least 3.7 for History coursework). To apply, students must submit a letter of recommendation from a faculty member in History and an academic writing sample from a History class to the graduate program coordinator.
