Erin Heil is the benefits Specialist for WKU Human Resources. Her responsibilities include administration of all benefit programs as well as retirement programs and FMLA.
Erin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Psychology. She worked in Healthcare Human Resources before coming to WKU in February 2019.
