Wade is responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, coordinating and overall management of wellness programs and services for WKU faculty, staff and family members. Prior to joining WKU in 2011, Wade spent 17 years at a large automotive manufacturer in middle Tennessee where he managed and supported a number of health promotion and health protection programs and initiatives.  Of which the last 5 years he was responsible for managing the wellness, EAP, and onsite fitness center services reaching over 18,000 employees across the United States.
